The Big Draw At The Smithsonian’s National Museum Of The American Indian

Let your creativity flow at The Big Draw, an annual celebration of drawing inspired by the UK program of the same name. This is the sixth year for the event in New York. Artist Maria Hupfield will lead activities. The Thunderbird Native American Dancers, led by Louis Mofsie, will perform traditional dances, while the Heyna Second Son Singers play music.

The Big Draw is an annual celebration of drawing inspired by the wildly popular United Kingdom program of the same name. Now in its 6th year in New York, The Big Draw is expanding from a one-day celebration to a series of day-long drawing events that will take place throughout the coming year. Let your creativity flow—all ages welcome, no experience necessary!
