Exercise DVDs are so last decade — what about a fitness story time instead? This morning, Asphalt Green coach Steve Ettinger will read his “Wallie Exercises” children’s book before getting everyone involved with Wallie’s favorite get-fit strategies. The event will begin with a reading of the children’s book Wallie Exercises by author and Asphalt Green coach, Steve Ettinger. Arts and crafts, healthy treats and an interactive demonstration of Wallie’s favorite exercises will complete this fun afternoon! Kids will get to know all about Wallie, a lazy pup who learns to love exercise with the help of his fit friends. The whole family will exercise the Wallie way and create their own Wallie-inspired sweatbands.
